The Envoy Protocol – Why It Matters

The Envoy Protocol has been created to safeguard Church Envoys of the Republic of Old Souls Ministry from unlawful interference or government overreach. It establishes their standing as faith-based envoys and ensures they operate under the protection of international law.

Through the Envoy Protocol, members:

  • Gain recognition as Church Envoys with ecclesiastical protections rooted in spiritual jurisdiction.
  • Stand under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), securing protections traditionally granted to envoys and diplomats worldwide.
  • Qualify for human rights protections that can be asserted before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and other recognised international courts.
  • Operate in higher jurisdictional authority, ensuring their freedoms and spiritual mission cannot be curtailed by domestic overreach.

Envoys are drawn to this protocol because it delivers not only protection but also diplomatic standing and international recognition. It allows them to live, worship, and act with confidence that their ministry role is shielded under binding international frameworks.
